Online Payroll Portal
With Synergy.hr, you will have 24x7 access to a secured, online payroll portal. This portal offers the functionalities of reporting payroll, managing employee information/updates, and to view a myriad of reports. Job Costing and Worksite Location reporting are also available. There is no hardware or software to purchase, all you need is access to the internet!
Payroll Tax Remittance
Whether you have one company or multiple companies – in any state, we manage your payroll tax calculations and remittances, and supply you with the quarterly tax paperwork you will need to wrap up your end-of-year. In addition, we will supply W2s for your employees each January, following the close of a year.
Direct Deposit
Safe and confidential, direct deposit is offered to each of your employees. Direct Deposit is a very efficient and effective method to receive funds. We offer the ability to deposit into multiple accounts (i.e. checking and savings). Paper check/voucher printing is also available.
Garnishments
Synergy.hr has the capability of remitting your employee’s garnishments on their behalf (i.e. child support deduction or client loans). All that is required is the appropriate court documentation.
Employee Access
Your employees will also have the ability to sign on and view their own pay stubs. The system is available on a 24x7 basis.
